ES-3D (COOLING WATER TREATMENT INHIBITOR)

It is an inhibitor used in diesel-cooling water, closed boiling and cooling water systems. It is a perfect chemical, preventing system from corrosion and scale. It doesn’t involve chromate and it is compatible with glucose-based antifreezes. It protects metals involving Iron, Copper and Aluminum. It cuts the connection between metal and oxygen by forming a protective film layer over the metal surfaces. It blocks Ironoxide formations and provides the maximum energy savings. It precludes mechanical cleaning by preventing the system from sudden stops. If there is no cooling water inhibitor in the system, the first dosage will be 8 Kg. of ES-3D to 1 ton water. Afterwards the dosage must be calibrated to 3 – 5 Kg. of ES-3D to every tons of water added to system. ES-3D must be always present in the system. Nitrite test is the control method. In test the color must be dark red.
